Get started by filling out the quote form on our website. To lock it in, just sign the contract and pay the deposit. Everything is stored in your easy online client portal where you can review, sign, and pay.

We’ll send an event questionnaire to gather key details like your final address, event time, planner contact info, and any special notes.

You’ll receive a menu questionnaire to walk through what you’d like to serve, including mixers, garnishes, and any signature cocktails.

Once your menu form is completed, you’ll automatically receive a link to schedule a call with us to review all the details and answer any last questions.

Your final 50% balance is due before the event. You’ll get a reminder through your client portal where you can review your invoice, make payments, and track everything in one place.

We’ll send a final confirmation email with all event details so you can double-check everything and relax knowing it’s handled.

We’ll arrive 1.5 hours before your event start time to set up and make sure everything’s ready to go, without cutting into your 5 hours of service.

Absolutely. Every package includes all the standard mixers to make a wide range of classic cocktails, plus everything you need for up to two custom signature drinks. Want to show them off? We can create a custom digital menu to feature your cocktails as an add-on.

For weddings, we typically staff 1 bartender per 75 guests (because everyone hits the bar at once).
For private parties, it’s 1 bartender per 100 guests (since the crowd usually trickles in).
